Precision Black Granite Inspection Surface Table
Black granite inspection surface tables serve as the core reference datum for dimensional inspection, tool setup and precision metrology across aerospace, automotive, optical and semiconductor industries. Three accuracy grades are available to fit different working environments: AA Laboratory Grade, A Inspection Grade and B Toolroom Grade.

AA Laboratory Grade is built for ultra-high precision work inside temperature-controlled gauging rooms and professional metrology departments.
A Inspection Grade handles routine quality control and daily part inspection. B Toolroom Grade suits shop floor operation and general production checking.
Our granite inspection surface tables are manufactured to meet or exceed industry tolerance standards. Every plate is delivered with a calibration certificate verifying surface flatness and repeatable gauge measurements. Calibration data is traceable to N.I.S.T. or equivalent international metrology bodies. Our production and calibration comply with ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO 10012 and ISO 9001 quality system. Long-form certification is available on request. We also provide accredited ISO 17025 calibration services to support customer quality audits.
We select premium black granite raw material. Compared with light-colored granite, black granite has denser, tighter grain and superior structural stability. Its high rigidity guarantees precision with thinner plate thickness, lowering total weight to reduce freight cost and simplify handling during shipment and relocation.
Natural black granite boasts excellent metrology features: low thermal expansion, great vibration damping, non-magnetic property and corrosion resistance. It will never rust like cast iron and maintains stable flatness over long-term service.
Custom options include custom sizes, drilled holes and embedded threaded inserts fabricated per your technical drawings. From small bench-top plates to large heavy-duty inspection platforms, all products are processed and multi-round inspected in our factory before packing.
