The Grade A black granite inspection surface plate, manufactured at our factory Shandong Sincere Precision Granite Company Limited, is our best-selling metrology datum for factory QC rooms. As a direct manufacturer instead of a trading company, we complete full in-house production. It serves incoming part inspection, fixture setup and layout marking for machinery, automotive and metal fabrication sectors.

Compared with Grade 00 plates for temperature-controlled labs, Grade A works reliably under normal workshop conditions. It delivers higher flatness than Grade B and costs much less than ultra-precision Grade 00, bringing great cost performance for daily measurement jobs.

Every Grade A granite plate is produced in our workshop following international tolerance standards. Each unit comes with a calibration certificate verifying flatness and measurement repeatability. Calibration data is NIST traceable. Our factory holds ISO9001 certification and provides ISO17025 accredited calibration service. Long-form certificates can be supplied for customer audits.

Our factory selects high-density black granite blanks with tight and uniform grain. The material offers good rigidity and stable dimension, without requiring thick slabs. It helps reduce plate weight, cutting freight cost and simplifying handling during shipment and installation.

Natural black granite features low thermal expansion, good vibration damping, non-magnetic and anti-corrosion properties. Unlike cast iron, it will not rust and maintains stable accuracy after years of workshop use.

Custom machining is available. Our team can fabricate custom sizes, drill holes and embed stainless steel threaded inserts per your drawings. All finished plates pass multi-stage flatness inspection before packing.
