Product Overview
Sincere Precision Granite Surface Plate is a high-stability metrological bearing platform crafted from premium plutonic biotite granite. Produced through rigorous ore selection, multi-axis CNC machining and grinding, stress aging treatment and nanometer-grade lapping, our granite surface plates provide superior precision suitable for global industrial applications. Offered in four accuracy grades (000, 00, 0 and 1), the plates support full customization of individual sizes spanning 300mm×200mm up to 2400mm×1200mm; thickness can be optimized from 50mm to 300mm subject to load conditions.
Material Characteristics
Ultra-Stable: Sourced from the middle section of a single vein, the stone features uniform mineral crystallization and a low coefficient of linear expansion (approx. 5.8×10⁻⁶/℃). With internal stresses fully relieved, the annual deformation at room temperature is less than 1.5μm/m.
Superior Surface Finish: The dark matrix offers high light absorption.Coupled with a mirror surface finish of Ra≤0.05μm, it effectively inhibits stray light reflection and prevents penetration of cutting fluids.
Cleanroom Compatible: Distinct from cast iron and composite marble, our granite surface plate features non-magnetic properties, rust resistance and tolerance to weak acids and alkalis, making it perfectly suited for long-term direct placement within cleanroom environments.

Manufacturing Process
Raw stone slabbing → 90-day kiln-style constant-temperature aging → Gantry milling for rough datum surfaces → Multi-process flip precision milling → Manual abrasive lapping (Three-plate mutual lapping method for Grade 000) → Full-point scanning by laser tracker → Cleanroom shrink-wrapping.
Each plate comes with a comprehensive inspection report covering flatness, parallelism, hole position coordinates, and ultrasonic flaw detection charts, supporting remote inspection for customers.
